Fees
To ensure the best possible service and scheduling availability for all clients, the following fees apply to all real estate photography bookings:
Cancellation & Rescheduling: A $50 fee will be applied to any shoot canceled or rescheduled within 36 hours of the original appointment time.
Item Removal (Digital Decluttering): A fee of $3 per object will be charged for the digital removal of items from photos (e.g., clearing clutter, removing personal items, or tidying spaces).
Split Shoot Fee: If a project requires two non-weather related separate visits to the same property, a $35 split shoot fee will be added to the final invoice.
Payment Terms: All fees will be added to the final project invoice and must be settled prior to the delivery of any media.
Terms
1. Overview By booking a service with Aegis North Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the client (“you” or “agent”) agrees to the following Terms of Use. These terms govern the licensing, delivery, and use of all media content created by Aegis North Media.
2. Licensing & Usage Rights All media (photos, videos, and related content) produced by Aegis North Media is licensed to the original client for limited use in the marketing of the specific property. This license is: •Non-transferable: Media cannot be sold, given, or relicensed to third parties (including builders, designers, stagers, or other agents) without express written consent and an extended licensing agreement. •Platform-flexible: Licensed for MLS, brokerage websites, social media, and standard marketing platforms.
3. Agent Branding Content Custom branding content (such as agent videos, lifestyle shots, or promotional material not tied to a listing) is licensed differently and may be used in ongoing brand marketing. Full commercial usage rights may be granted upon request and will be reflected in the project invoice.
4. Payment & Cancellation A 50% deposit is due upon booking. No date shall be secured without a deposit. Remaining payment is due upon delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations within 36 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a fee of $50 to cover lost time and travel. Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated at no charge.
5. Turnaround & Delivery Standard turnaround is 24 hours for photo services and 48-72 hours for video services from shoot completion, unless otherwise stated. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Media will be delivered via a downloadable online gallery or client portal.
6. Travel & Property Access Travel within 15 miles of Boston is included in all pricing. Additional mileage may incur a travel fee. The property must be photo-ready upon arrival; delayed access may reduce shoot time or result in rescheduling.
7. Copyright All content remains the intellectual property of Aegis North Media. Usage rights are licensed, not sold.
8. Modifications & Revisions Minor edits (light correction, sky replacements, cord removal etc.) are included. Additional revisions or re-edits may be billed based on time and scope.
9. Liability Aegis North Media is not liable for damages resulting from client misuse of licensed media or delays due to access, weather, or unforeseen events.
